Born on Christmas Eve, died on Valentine's Day, and in between he lived a hundred times more than you or I will ever do. Here's to a true innovator, raconteur, exploitation genius, dirty old man, and friend. Rest in peace Dave, I bet you are already doing outrageous sales pitches and telling indecent stories in heaven!
